The size of the rooms are too small.
The size of the rooms are too small. I requested for two single bed rooms of which only one room was made available. The corridor is dirty and smelling. There was complementary bottle water which was being said that we had to purchase. Never again would I book Ibis as it does not suit for purposes and far beyond expectations.

Driving from Scotland to visit my sister in hospital so no other comments had a take-away from the Golden Siam restaurant very expensive and not true Thai cooking having lived in Thailand for 12 years I am more than qualified to judge. If we have to visit again I hope that it will not be at the hospital.

Stevenage pretty soulless and due to unforeseen circumstances I had to spend the whole day there but didn't find anything of interest. However hotel is easy to reach and find from A1M so useful stopping off place.

We were in Stevenage specifically to visit with our daughter...
We were in Stevenage specifically to visit with our daughter, husband and new grand-daughter. We loved that we could easily get around town with Uber. There was a small market area within walking distance of where we stayed with a little pub for breakfast and a Tesco Express. I have been to Knebworth House which you really should not miss. It is a lovely, stately old historical home in the area and was very nice to visit particularly if you are a history buff.TallyUnited States of America - 10Scored 10

They have a large car park but still give guests guidance of other car parking options in case it’s full. We stayed over the Christmas period and had no problem parking in their car park. The room was quite a long walk inside the hotel from the entrance. We didn’t mind that as a bit of exercise over Christmas is a bonus. But if you can’t walk easily, you might want to ask for a room nearer the entrance. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room large, quiet and well equipped.
