This property is perfectly located at a short walk from Gylly Beach. Castle Beach is la 10 minute walk and Swanpool beach 15 minutes walk away. The Falmouth Pavillions are opposite the property. Falmouth Town centre and stunning harbour is a 10-minute walk. To easily visit the rest of Cornwall, the local train station is a 5-minute walk away from the property.

The property is in a very central spot in Falmouth. 3 minutes walk to gylly beach, 3 minutes walk from Falmouth Town train station. 5 minutes walk into town. On street parking or nearby long stay car park situated next to the train station.
