Seconds away from Porthmeor Beach, 4 Porthmeor Court is situated in the heart of Downalong and boasts a private car parking space. Outside there is a courtyard with a bench. Entrance to the cottage is accessed by a stable door with exterior light with sensor. The downstairs of the cottage is the heart of the home with a lovely country style kitchen with dining area, some informal seating and wall mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully fitted with gas cooker, extractor, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave and fridge freezer. The walk-in Shower room located on the ground floor. On the first floor there is a sitting room with two sofas, scatter cushions, a funky table and a relaxing chair with a TV. A pretty twin bedded room with wardrobe and mirrored dressing table. A separate WC is also on this floor. On the second floor there are two further light and airy bedrooms, the first of which has 2 x zip and link single beds allowing flexible sleeping arrangements. In addition there is a family bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin. The remaining bedroom has a double bed with large wardrobe.
