46 Mill Road is a clean and bright modern townhouse with the benefit of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is full central heating plus the welcome addition of a downstairs toilet. There is a fully equipped dining kitchen, a hallway and a cosy lounge with a large TV, games, DVD's and free WIFI. Outside there is a private patio with planters, a parasol, table and chairs and adjacent on-site parking on the driveway (PLEASE NOTE - HEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 2m 5cm). In addition we can also offer a parking permit for on-street parking for a second/larger car if required. Bedroom 1 has a 5" kingsize bed with en-suite having a bath with shower over plus shower screen, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 has a standard 4' 6" double bed Bedroom 3 has a 3" single bed with a 3" pull out guest bed. (Please note the guest bed needs to be stowed away during the day as there is limited room in the single bedroom when used) All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawers, bedside cabinets with lamps, hairdryers and full length mirrors Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and fresh milk are provided A true home from home experience awaits you

46 Mill Road is very close to many local amenities - a supermarket, gift and clothes shops, a Post Office, Pharmacy, Bakeries, hairdressers and barbers, beauty salon, cash points and an award winning Fish and Chip restaurant! The stunning Cathedral of St Mary, the Medieval Lincoln Castle with the Magna Carta and the Victorian Jail, Steep Hill and the Bailgate are all 10 minutes walk away. The Lincoln University, Brayford Water front with its restaurants and cinema, the Museum of Lincolnshire Life, theatres, galleries and the city centre are all within walking distance too. You really will be able to park the car and leave it for the duration of your stay!
