Welcome to our beautiful period property, this 5 Bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 guests - We are situated in the leafy suburbs of Moseley, B13 - Near to Solihull and Central Birmingham. *** Find us at ARZ Stays *** New renovations are commencing in Jan 2025 - Welcome long bookings from March 2025 - viewings for 3+ month bookings are available. Ample parking on our large driveway - will fit 2 vehicles comfortable, including larger vans, more on-street parking also. Downstairs: Beautiful interior, 1 spacious lounge overlooking the back garden, large flat-screen TV and free Netflix. 2 Bedrooms - Downstairs can comfortably sleep 4-5 guests. The white goods in our kitchen are brand new, plus the brand new gas-cooker and airfryer / standard kitchen accessories. Ample pots, pans, dinnerware etc to allow you to cook comfortably! Upstairs: Newly fitted shower, and a separate jacuzzi bath. 2 Double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, single beds and king-size beds, 1 smaller bedroom with free-standing clothes rack. Upstairs will also sleep 4-5 guests comfortably.

Situated in B13 postcode - We are in the leafy suburbs of Moseley, only a short drive or walk into the Moseley Village, near lots of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. A short drive into Central Birmingham or Solihull, the NEC and airport - easy access to motorways: M6/M40/M42 - local development sites include bit are not restricted to: Arden Cross and Smithfield Development site. We are a short drive to many attractions, such as: The Balti triangle, Moseley Village, Brindleyplace, Botanical Gardens, Stratford-Upon Avon, Earlswood Lakes, Resorts World, many museums and local attractions too. Local buses can easily take you into both Solihull, Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas too. We are also near to 2 train stations, with further closer train stations also currently under construction too.
