Apartment - Ground Floor
This ground floor self catering apartment is situated in an ideal location. It is only 12 miles from Glasgow Airport, 20 miles from Glasgow itself and 16 miles from Loch Lomond. A mere 300 yards from the property you will find Dumbarton East railway station where you can take a direct train to Glasgow, Edinburgh or Balloch. You will also find numerous eateries within 5 minutes walking distance.
We love to travel ourselves and very much look forward to welcoming you to our apartment on your travels too.
There are many shops, pubs, restaurants, travel links and tourism activities nearby. Some of our favourite parts of the neighbourhood include: - Dumbarton East Rail Station: less than three minutes walk from the apartment with direct links to Glasgow and Loch Lomond. - St James Retail Park: all major supermarkets and fast-food chains available less than five minutes walk from flat. - Shops: less than one minute walk from flat you can find our local co-op and corner shop for any snacks, alcohol, quick meals and essential supplies you may need. - Wallace Street: the street itself is very quiet with ample on-street parking at the flat's doorstep. It is a long, wide, traditional street with most buildings over 100 years old. Loch Lomond is a stones throw away, boasting some of the best views the UK has to offer, wonderful for photography enthusiasts! The list of activities to partake in around Loch Lomond are endless, but they include kayaking, taking a trip on the famous sea plane, horses riding, nature walks, visiting our sea life centre and historical monuments, biking, Go Ape arial assault course and lots more!
