I had 100% access to the kitchen and all the breakfast ingredients. The kitchen was very tidy and smart. My room was very clean and smart. Free Wi-Fi with good connection. Overall, the house is very tidy. Sharon was fabulous. She came to meet me at the car park. She was accompanied by her little lovely dog 🐕. My bed was too comfortable and the place is very quiet. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I will go back again to the property.

Sharon is a lovely person, I felt very welcome. She cooked for all guests during the stay, and her meals were delicious. The room was perfect, very cozy. On top of that, the location is a dream; it's a short walk to the train station and to the city centre.

The property is in a residential area between the main train station and bus station. It is on the edge of the City Centre of Chester. The location is Golden and everything you need is within walking distance including the university. There is two car parks nearby ( 2mins away 24hrs. The advantage to staying at this property compared to hotels is that we cook our own meals ourselves here. We cook for a wide range of dietary requirements. I provide all the basics including drinks, snacks and cupboard staples and usually a meal on arrival. Plus all your toiletries. I study from home doing an MA in Arts and rent out 3 rooms. I mainly attract like minded persons including workers, travelers and guests attending special events in Chester. I am a friendly host with qualifications and experience in the hospitality industry and hold the Royal Institute of Public Health and Hygiene Certification. My double room has a double bed sofa in it and so the room can accommodate a small family or a group of 3 maybe. Please message me if you would like special requirements or special discounts. Thank.
I am a highly qualified trained person in hospitality. I cook really well and very sociable. I am happy to cook for guests and host dinner evening in our shared kitchen. I am at present studying a MA in Fine Arts from home and particularly interested in this subject. I like keeping a happy home and everyone just getting on with what they need to do. I offer affordable accommodation with kitchen facilities and include toiletries ect.
The neighbourhood is a small residential area with lots of green grass around it that is on the edge of the City and adjacent to main bus station. 7 mins from train station.
