Located at the eastern end of the city, our garden apartment accessed via steps in Arundel Street is close to the beach and the centre of Brighton and has been fully renovated, it now offers chic modern accommodation comprising of a separate hallway, leading to a spacious lounge/dinner with a double sofa bed. The separate kitchen has all the modern amenities for your stay including a Nepresso coffee maker and dishwasher. The bedroom has a super comfy king size bed with ample hanging and drawer space. Outside there is a pretty courtyard decking area for 'alfresco dining'. We are unable to accept children under the age of 7 years due to the layout of the property. There is a small linen charge per stay when 2 guests stay and require use of the sofa bed.
A job move brought us to Brighton, the idea was to live here during the week with the intention to 'go home' at weekends, but we very quickly found that we loved the vibrant life that we had found in Brighton, so we 'sold up' and moved 'lock stop and barrel'' We love the eastern end of the city as it offers easy access to the countryside, the beach and the city. We still love living in this part of Brighton.
The apartment is located in a quiet location within walking distance of Kemptown's many great restaurants and coffee shops. We are 5 minutes walk from the Black Rock end of Brighton Beach and there are great public transport links into the centre of the city including night buses. Brighton Marina and it's cinema, gyms, casino, shops and many restaurants are also located just 5 minutes walk away. We now have 'on street' paid electric vehicle charging point located close by.
