  • Hello Is earlier check in an option? I'm hoping to get into Norwich for around 12 and can see that usually check in is from 2.30pm

    Dear Guest, Our normal check in time is around 2.30pm. We are happy to let you check in early of the room ready/ available. However, if the room unready, then we are more than happy to let you to drop off the luggage first and check in later.

  • is tbere a lift do not want to walk 2 flights of stairs can manage i limited mobility

  • If I came up on a Friday afternoon, could I leave my car in your carpark all day Saturday while I wander round Norwich?

    It is on street parking with valid parking permit. We do provide parking permit (limited numbers) to our guest with first come first serve basis.

  • Is the single ground floor? Do you offer a cooked breakfast ? Most important is there someone always on the premises over night ?

    All our rooms located at first and second floor. There is no ground floor available. We do serve breakfast and we are staying on site.

    It is depend on availability of room. We cannot confirm it until you reserve the room. Breakfast is not included as most of the guest prefer not to. However, we do serve breakfast with extra cost. Many thanks for your interest.
