Room was very clean and comfortable, exceeded expectations and was a great stay. Staff were all polite and helpful, everything was carried out great.
United KingdomVery friendly staff open welcoming us and when we departed. Luckily our stay coincided with the restaurant re-opening, so we got breakfast, which was great. Room very clean, crisp and modern, bed was excellent.

Location was good, close to Shudehill station if you’re travelling about. Good range of restaurants including the Hard Rock Cafe close by. Upgraded to a king size room, room 223. Very comfortable bed.

Yes and coffee making facilities but no tea or coffee given which was strange. I also liked the ‘travel’ cup supplied which I used for my herbal tea.
