The Harbor View is in a great location in Tobermory, very close to the ,main street but up a street behind it so you have a great view and a very quiet street. Easy walk to several good places to eat or drink. The room was very clean, with a nice hot shower, and everything was functional and it good condition. The hostess was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great as well. I plan to stay here again when we return to Mull in the future. It might sound like an overly glowing review but it really was a wonderful place to stay, very calming and restful after hiking around in the wind and rain of the beautiful Isle of Mull!

There's holiday caravans and then there's owners with passion. A three caravan site on a farm with owners that really have gone the extra mile. OK, the weather was terrible, but the location and the views were superb. Loads of wildlife, somewhere that I could stay for a week and just enjoy the location and setting. Great to see passion in their business.

I was there for work so only for one night, but I will go...
I was there for work so only for one night, but I will go back for a short break. The area is colourful and again I was lucky with the weather, the sun was shining and there were paddle boarders out in the water and kids on the small beach. The people are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. The local produce is fantastic so make sure you try some of the smaller cafes and stores for bread, pastries etc. There is quite a few restaurants so again try them.AngelaUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

As it was out of season, it was delightful, wouldn't want to go during high season, roads are very narrow, although there are plenty of passing places, which some visitors seem to ignore. Lovely island with amazing wildlife, worth a visit.

So much to do, visiting Tobermory Cheese Farm on Friday...
So much to do, visiting Tobermory Cheese Farm on Friday afternoon, Tobermoray Beach and Aros Park one day and Calgary Beach the next. Then Monday am an hour boat trip to learn about the local wildlife and history, followed by learning about whales in the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust shop where really knowledgeable helpers chatted about all things bones, teeth, shared books and showed lovely interest in our kids' interests. Going at Easter was perfect as it wasn't too busy and we were very lucky with the weather. Great base to explore Mull. Nice little town, mostly closed in January when we were there but that's to be expected in a holiday destination given the location and time of year. We went for the walks and scenery (both great) not shopping!

GOOD FERRY EXPERIENCE FROM OBAN PARKING AVAILABLE IN HARBOUR LOTS OF FRIENDLY SHOP STAFF AND VARIED GIFT SHOPS BEAUTIFUL SCENERY AT TOBERMORAY AND ON THE WAY . WE ONLY STAYED OVERNIGHT BUT WOULD LOVE TO GO BACK TO REVISIT AND SEE OTHER PARTS OF THE ISLAND.

A beautiful gem of a town.
A beautiful gem of a town. The high street has a small but excellent volunteer run museum which is definitely worth visiting. The Tobermory Distillery tour was also fun and informative with a nice dram at the end.

We traveled on foot and buses which was fine, although the buses on Mull seem a bit unreliable at times. Would recommend to be well organised and check connections etc. The b&b itself was very nice, clean and comfy, and the hosts friendly and accommodating. There was no phone signal at all around the property but we could use the landline to arrange bookings and the WiFi worked well. Bonus points for the cheese factory and biscuits factory next door!

Breakfasts were really good and we had dinner on the first night, the burger and chips were very good, best chips I've had in fact. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The drawing room was decent as well with lovely views over the bay. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the high street.
