Unlike other mean hosts who would just shut me out, the host of this B&B left a note on the front door with very thorough instructions to help me check-in myself. The house locates somehow remote but you can enjoy the forest and farm right outside the window. Little chat with the host during breakfast is also very interesting. Highly recommended.”

“The breakfast was a great Scottish breakfast with homemade sausage, homegrown eggs and jams. There was a buffet as well with a good variety for selection and of course a pot of tea. The social interaction during breakfast with the host was very enjoyable with lots of historical information of Scotland. This B and B is in the country and affords walks and beautiful scenery. The shared bathroom situation worked out fine.”
