Caroline was very accommodating & flexible & would do you a variety of items for a cooked breakfast & had alternative continental breakfast items as well. Very friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was very nice & beautifully decorated. Tea & coffee making facilities & lovely freshly laundered towels & sheets + hospitality tray including 2 complimentary bottles of mineral water. Would definitely stay again. Great location. Parking permit given to us on arrival & was nice to park up & then walk around at leisure knowing that the car was safe.

    Hi, Yes we have Free Parking here, We have parking on the front of the property and also parking permits for our road. So the Parking will be free while you stay here. I hope we get a chance to meet you

  • Do I have to pay upfront or do you accept payment on arrival?

    Hi, no payment will be taken untill 14 days before arrival as per terms. Our cancellation policy is free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellation within the 14 days full payment is taken I hope this helps, Many thanks Caroline,

  • Hello does private bathroom mean en suite?

    Hi, The room with the private bathrooms means that you have your own bathroom but it is 2 steps away from bedroom, the sink is in the bedroom. dressing gowns are also provided

Our guest house is a Lovely victoria Building. We have 7 bedrooms in total which is set over 2 floors. I am sure you will enjoy your stay here at the Adelphi

I am extremely fortunate that I love doing my job, To meet so may different people in our guest house and many have become life long friends. I also love living in Southport, I have everything on my doorstep from long scenic walks to 3 main beaches, lovely restaurants and great entertainment. I love sport and coffee !! keeps me going !

Southport is great, it has super events list which you can see on my website. many parks, restaurants, and the always improving Pleasureland.
