THE LIVING ROOM The living space offers elegant Parquet flooring, high ceilings adorned with pretty cornicing feature and an ornate fireplace. The seating area offers a velvet sofa, in grey, as well as a modernist coffee table opposite the television. To one side, there is also a dining table and chairs here (but there is also a further dining room in the apartment). Contemporary artwork hangs on the surrounding walls. KITCHEN The kitchen offers a modern aesthetic, complete with all the amenities you will need during your stay. This leads through to the dining space. DINING ROOM The dining space is the highlight of the home, as it is a light-filled, glass conservatory, adorned with lovely stained glass windows. The dining table sits in the centre of the space, with surrounding chairs. Plants decorate the room, enjoying the height of the pitched ceiling. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom is light and spacious, also offering cornicing around the ceiling. The room includes a King-size bed, as well as a television and chest-of-drawers in the bay window. Opposite the bed is a large grey wardrobe. A chandelier hangs down above the bed, completing the space. MASTER EN SUITE The master en suite includes a basin, WC and corner shower, with monochrome tiling throughout. THE BATHROOM A stylish bathroom, complete with rectangular basin, WC, bath and overhead shower, all tiled in sleek turquoise tiling. GARDEN This home also offers a courtyard garden, complete with a table and chair for relaxing alfresco.
