Late 18th century fully modernised 3-bedroom cottage right in the heart of Skipton charmingly restored to a very high standard. The house is over 2 floors. Large living dining room with a farmhouse dining table and chairs. Two cosy leather settees. Full gas central heating system with double glazing, cast iron log effect electric fire complete with down lights and a aged solid oak fire surround with a black limestone hearth excellent for those cosy nights in. Smart TV and free complimentary Wi-Fi. Recently installed new kitchen with Microwave, Ceramic hob, built in conventional oven, fridge freezer, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, breakfast bar with log effect over head-lighting. Under stair storage with Iron, Ironing board and cleaning appliances. Stairs and landing leading to 3 bedrooms and a modern bathroom. 1 bedroom with double bed and sliderobe storage, bedside tables with lamps and chest of drawers. 1 bedroom with twin beds and slidrobe storage, bedside tables with lamps, a dresser with large mirror and over-head LED lighting and hair dryer.
1 bedroom with bunk beds, child safety catches on the windows, extra storage under beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. We bought this neglected property so that we could convert it into a holiday let and share the delights that Skipton and the surrounding areas have to offer. Skipton is a fantastic location for walking and cycling, we hope you enjoy as much as we do
Albert Cottage location is fantastic as it is walking distance to all the local amenities (car not required) Right in the heart of Skipton once you are inside the house you don`t realise you are located so central, the walls are so thick you do not hear any noise The house is quite deceptive from the outside but offers 3 bedrooms allowing for up to six people to stay, great for all the family and friends Some of the top attractions in Skipton are  Skipton Castle, the woods are a hidden gem  Leeds Liverpool canal, regular boat trips run every day  Skipton market is on 3-4 times per week  Craven court shopping centre  Craven Museum and Gallery  Aireville Park Craven Leisure  Swimming baths 1.2 miles  Golf course 1.4 miles  Embsay Train Station  Embsay Crag & Reservoir  Billy Bobs -Ice cream parlour/ 50's style American diner with play areas for the kids  Bolton Abbey  Heskith Farm Park Skipton also as an abundance of restaurants and takeaways For the epicure  Indian restaurants  Thai  Traditional pub grub  Tapas  Turkish  Fish and Chips  Italian  Pizza  Chinese  Fine dinning
