“The view from the room I was staying in was stunning. A staff member informed me about the weather conditions I could expect. The room was quiet. The bed was the best I've slept in in my lifetime. The room was also impeccably clean.”

“great location, only 10 minutes walk from the train station and right opposite the beach. I did not book breakfast so I cannot comment, in any case I am not a morning person and a 8.30am finishing time would not have been feasible for me. Close to a variety of restaurants and independent coffee shops, literally round the corner, so no problems for getting food outside the guest house. The room is compact but had everything I needed, including full length mirror, mini fridge and good quality box of tissues, which for the rate is really good value for money.”

“Daniela, the young lady on Reception, was absolutely wonderful - extremely helpful. Nothing was to much trouble. Always a cheery hello in the morning, helpful suggestions on things to do etc. The hotel was very clean and smelt lovely. Bathroom with standalone shower was a really good size and the bed was comfortable. We also had a great view of the sea.”

“The location was perfect to the train station, as well as accessible to old town. We had a lovely ocean facing room with a balcony which was great! I believe we were lucky receiving the balcony! Room was a bit small, however we didn't travel to Hastings to stay inside! And even if we did, we had a beautiful view of the ocean. Would definitely stay again if in the area!”
