The breakfast was exceptional. It arrived freshly cooked and within minutes or ordering. There was a huge selection and choice - could not fault it.

United KingdomMe and my partner were travelling to Manchester from Glasgow and arrived 2 hours before the check in time. We went straight to the hotel and they were able to accommodate and allow us into our room early. Also, we checked on at the requested time but our train back home wasn't until later in the day. The reception asked if we wanted them to hold onto our bags to allow us to explore Manchester without our suitcases. Very appreciated. We seen a deal for the hotel restaurant when we arrived (chateaubriand and bottle of malbec for £49) so decided to try this on our first night before we set off to our gig. It did not disappoint. Fantastic food and wine for a fraction of the price you would expect to pay.
United KingdomWe were upgraded without extra cost, the room was magnificent and the staff were lovely, even came out to find us when we called confused with where the hotel was. Our bed was larger than a king (we’re sure) and the room was gigantic, the bathroom was spacious, and there was AC! Again, I can’t compliment the staff enough, they were delightfully friendly.
