Cleaning of the bathroom could be better, appart from that a beautiful modern hotel & room. No remote control for the TV in the bedroom ... no one manning the reception during the night. Staff were OK

United States of AmericaWe were in Liverpool for the wedding of a very old friend in Liverpool own Hall. The Aloft location was perfect. Nice big room with vert comfortable beds. Shower/toilet area very good design. Great shower with excxwllemt power and good controls. Not cheap but good value for money.
NetherlandsSet amongst the grand old municipal buildings of Victorian Liverpool, it's an excellent location for sightseeing: near the harbour and the many museums, Tate Gallery, Slavery Museum etc. We stayed only one night and day, on our way to the Lake District. Our room was clean and quiet, staff on reception extremely helpful - thanks, Brooke.

United States of AmericaThe location is perfect for visiting Liverpool. It's very Central to everything. The hotel itself is lovely and staff are very friendly. Check in was easy and they validate your parking so it's a reduced rate. The room was spacious and clean.

BrazilGreat location, it was a large building with a good sized restaurant. TV was large and the room had great space and layout. 6th floor city view was stunning.
CanadaIdeal central location, majority of things within walking distance and on the rare occasion we required a taxi there was always one available literally 1 minute walk from the hotel. The gentleman who was on reception when we arrived and were checking out was extremely helpful and friendly, he couldn't have been nicer. All the staff we encountered over our 3 days were lovely, great asset to the hotel. Big spacious bedrooms with everything available. Hotel has great relaxation area with snooker table ideal after a day of sightseeing.
