Our spacious room had a great view onto the Green and the sea. It was great to have on site parking thought the space was a little tight but we managed.

Breakfast was great and Lee is very attentive and couldn't do enough. The B&B is on the green at Seaton so positioned very close to the beach which is literally across the road. I have stayed at many B&Bs and hotels in and around Hartlepool as I visit my family regularly. The hotels in Hartlepool such as Staincliffe and The Grand are of a very low quality when I visited a year ago and Premier Inn has increased in price because of this. This place is a little gem and I only wish I had discovered it sooner.

Location was great. It was quiet but only a short walk to town. Our room was really nice and the bed was super comfy. Our hosts were really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous. Would definitely stay again.
