The Location of this property is what makes it an ideal bolt hole for travellers & contractors alike, 5 minutes from the M3 & M27 10-15min from Southampton airport & 5 min from Southampton central railway station with Southampton general hospital only a 10min walk. Peppa Pig World is a 10 minute drive from the front door. We also have the nearby Cathedral cities of Salisbury & Winchester both with fantastic Cathedrals to wonder at. Not forgetting the World famous stone circle of Stonehenge, All of this is within 30 minute drive of the front door. Locally it is on the doorstep of Shirley precinct which has a host of shops, pubs & bars.

The immediate surrounding area has all the amenities you would expect of any modern town. Further afield but within a 10 minute drive is the fantastic world of adventure that is Peppa Pig Land, which is always a great hit with the younger members (& the older ones) of the family. we also have the nearby Cathedral cities of Salisbury & Winchester both with fantastic Cathedrals to wonder at. Not forgetting the World famous stone circle of Stonehenge, All of this is within 30 minute drive of the front door.
