Excellent location, only 5 minutes from the sea so could easily catch the stunning sunsets and watch the Sun sink into the sea. Plenty of room in the apartments and good facilities. Owner very helpful in responding to queries. Excellent access to facilities such as supermarkets and the beach. Generally less crowded than other resorts but still lots of things to do and plenty of good places to eat. Good access to free car parking. Excellent location to visit other attractions. The beach was so much easier to access than nearby resorts. Also brilliant for seeing wild birds. Very friendly town. Strongly recommend this very reasonably priced accommodation and this town.

  • Good Morning Michael, hope all is well with you and yours. Sorry to be a pain, but I would just like you to confirm our apartment is on the Ground Floor, ie no stairs. Many Thanks Andrew.

    Dear guest, Apartment 3 is on the second floor, so there are two flights of stairs to the apartment and a spiral stair in the apartment to the double bedroom. Regards Michael

    The Covid-19 cleans we are obligated to undertake on all bookings as a one of standard fee at this time.

    Dear guest, Ideally the ground floor apartments are for pets. However I would not be happy with large dogs or multiple dogs in apartment 3 and not for them to be left unattended at any time. Regards Michael

  • is the 3 bed accommodation dog friendly? we have one small dog, also we have never been to Norfolk before, so not familiar with the area, we will be travelling with our 7 yr old grandson, is there plenty of places to eat and shops around etc. Many thanks

    Apartment 3 and Bumble Cottage both can sleep 6 in two doubles (one sofa bed) and 2 single beds, only Bumble Cottage is Dog friendly. Hunstanton and the area is very scenic with 2 wildlife reserves near, Heacham and Holme and spectacular cliffs.

  • hello, we have a medium size dog. Would she be allowed in the ground floor apartment? She sleeps in a crate at night and would not be left on her own. Thank you

  • Please could you tell me which properties have more than one bathroom . I am also interested in Bumble cottage and if it has an en-suite

    Apartment 3 has to bathrooms, one being adjacent to the bedroom on the top floor so technically an en-suite. Bumble Cottage only has one bathroom with an additional downstairs toilet.

    If you don't mind carrying Frenchie up two flights of stairs, then you are welcome. There will however be a charge charge of £20

  • Hello, we are interested in the Ground Floor Apartment, QUESTION is can we bring our small corgi size dog, aged 7. Very good and house trained. We are both 79,non smokers, fit for our age other than not keen on stairs. Thank You. We are looking for 3 nights. End of Sept/early Oct.
