Excellent location, balcony and views were spectacular. The apartment was spacious and the furnishings were clean and comfortable. Kitchen had enough equipment and was easy to keep clean. The two bathrooms were clean and well equipped although the showers were not the best. There was no noise from other apartments so a very comfortable all round stay.

Loved having a Dishwasher and Washing Machine. Having tea towels,dishcloths and toilet roll provided was good. Towels were lovely and soft. Staff were friendly and helpful.The Owner was quick to respond to my e mails,and sorted my queries out swiftly.

  • Are there buses to town or is very far to walk please

    We are just across the road from the Spa Theatre, and the Beach. The town centre is a 5-10 minute walk. Our location is very central, most guests find that they do not need to use the buses. Regards Jamie Stuart @52

  • When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

    The summer months offer the best chance to catch the warm weather. However, come rain or shine, the view from your apartment windows remains the same. You can sunbathe on your private balcony, or turn up the heading with a hot chocolate and watch the wind and rain crash onto the beach and harbour walls.

  • I just booked what I thought was a two bedroom apartment @apartment52 now I just noticed on my booking it says 1 room??

    All off our apartments are at least 2 bedroomed. Booking com will describe the booking as one room, but it means one apartment.

  • Is the apartment on the ground floor. We are wanting the 6 bed apartment for sun 27/10 until wed 30/10 check out date. My mum struggles with stairs.

    We have 2 apartments which each sleep 6 guests. One is titled disabled friendly, this is a group floor apartment without steps. The second apartment which sleeps 6 guests is on the third floor. There is a lift to take you up to the apartment level, but to reach the lift entrance there are 10 steps (there is a handrail to help you) Regards Jamie Stuart @52

    Yes there is a lift to all floors, however the lift entrance is from our main entrance. There are 10 steps to manage before you reach the entrance the property and lift. There is a hand rail to help you. Regards Jamie Stuart @52

    There are 10 steps to climb before reaching the front door to the property. The lift will then take you to the apartment level.

  • Is there an alternative to the steps at the front?

    The only alternative apartment is the ground floor apartment which is disabled friendly, this has ramped access to the front, and level access to the parking area at the rear. The apartment also has a wet-room in one of its bathrooms for easy access. You must use the steps at the front to reach the upstairs apartments, once you are up the steps and in the main hallway to the building, the lift can take you up to any of the upper floors.   • Hello, Although it says ground floor it looks to be high in the image, have you got stairs and life?

    There are around 10 steps outside the property before you reach the front door to the building. The lift will take you to each apartment level from here. The disabled access apartment is accessed by ramp.

  • Is there parking for two cars and can a cot be accommodated thanks

    Every apartment has 1 parking bay allocated for your use during your stay. The second car can use the on street parking, there are no time restrictions or cost to use the public parking, outside the apartments.   • Our daughter needs hoisting, do you provide hoists or can we hire one from you/ thank you, and is there enough space in the double bedroom to get a free standing one in/ thank you.

Property info

The apartments @52 was previously know as the Bayview Hotel, and the Spa hotel before that. It is located in one of the most sort after and iconic locations in Bridlington. What we @52 have been able to achieve, is a modern, crisp and spacious property with all the amenities we have all come to expect from a luxury property. All the while, our large windows exaggerate those timeless panoramic views over some of the East Coasts best beaches.

The apartments @52 are located on Bridlingtons South Marine Drive, home to the Bridlington Spa Royal Hall and Theatre, and the stunning promenades spanning our bay. Take just a 5 minute walk and will find our active fishing harbour, where you can see the latest catches being landed, and our town centre where you will find all the shops, bars and restaurants Bridlington has to offer.
