You can leave your luggage at the hotel in the cloakroom if you've already check-out or if you're waiting to check in and you go out for the day.

Dear Sir/Madam, There are various public transport routes to take that are convenient. The Picadilly Tube line or the Heathrow Express to Paddington and then a taxi. If it's more than one person traveling in your party we can order you a taxi from the airport to the Hotel which would be cheaper than the Heathrow Express for two persons. Best wishes, Apex team

Our check in time is from 14:30, however if we have availability we can accommodate an earlier check in, although this might be subject to a fee. We do have store your luggage if a room is not yet available at your estimated time of arrival.
