United KingdomLocation is excellent! Right across from W Bow/ Victoria Street, we loved the location. It was really convenient to get around and the staff were very responsive & accommodating. We arrived by car and left by train, the cab ride to the train station was really convenient as well (though it's a said to be a 10-12min walk to the station, it was cumbersome to walk with our luggages because of the uneven roads and slopes/ stairs).
