Great location!! No parking but that wasn’t a problem there are a lot of car parks around they will cost around £14-£17 per night. As we read in previous reviews before our stay the heating wasn’t good I was slightly concerned. When we arrived the apartment was chilly but we turned the heaters on and with in a hour the apartment was warm. I didn’t think the heaters were working at the start so I called customer services and within a hr there was a small heater delivered to us. We were also 3 towels short and again within half hr the rest were brought to us. The staff are officiant and friendly and do anything for you. I was impressed and happy with the apartment, facilities and staff! We had a great stay!!
