Excel Apartments Stratford is a boutique apartment block nestled on a quiet street in the popular area of Stratford, home of the 2012 London Olympics. The building features touch code access on doors allowing for an easy check-in process without having to pick up keys. Each apartment features complimentary Wi-Fi, plasma TV and a modern kitchen. We take only long term booking for guest staying for three months or more.

The Houses of Parliament, London Eye and Knightsbridge (Harrods) can also be explored in the center.

Excel Apartments Stratford accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
The property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted. Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
No arrivals are accepted prior to 14:00.
For arrivals after 20:00, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking.
All guests arriving should contact the apartments in order to receive the unique code and instructions for entering the building and how to check themselves in.
Reception hours are everyday between 10:00 – 18:00, but frequently stays open past this time.
All guests intending to stay are required to send copies of their identification matching the credit card used to book in advance of check in. The property will contact you in advance providing the required details.
Small dogs are allowed with a deposit and prior request.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
