We have recently started Moat Farm Barns as a diversification project on our family farm. Ceasing the opportunity to renovate an under utilised farmyard into luxury accommodation and we look forward to welcome you.

Property information

Appletree is one of a collection of newly renovated farm buildings on our family farm into luxury accommodation. A two bedroom barn with views overlooking the field that the barn is named after. The barn includes a large open plan kitchen living room, with under floor heating throughout. There are two large bedrooms with super king beds that can be turned into singles upon request. One bedroom has an en suite shower room and the other is positioned next to the main bathroom which includes a shower and free standing bath.

Neighbourhood information

Little Moat and Moat Farm Barns are located on our family farm situated on the Warwickshire Worcestershire border, located in the abundant Vale of Evesham. ​ We are spoilt for a number of wonderful things to do close by with Stratford only 15 minutes away and the Cotswolds in the other direction, with places such as Chipping Campden, Broadway, Stow-on-the Wold and Burford all in easy reach. ​ There are ample walks to do on our doorstep and the famous Cotswolds Way and Bredon Hill just down the road. ​ Our family have farmed here for 100 years, so we know the area very well and we are always happy to give suggestions or recommendations of things to do and places to eat. ​ We look forward to meeting you! ​
