We stayed here for 7 nights and what a lovely pleasant experience. Tracey and Ray were great hosts and went out of their way to make sure we were ok and comfortable, recommending places to eat and places to visit. The room was lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent, nothing was too much trouble at all. There is a lovely guest lounge which was well equipped with books/dvd’s and Netflix. The guest house was only 10 minute walk from the train station, bus stops and centre and very close to the sea front. We had a lovely time and great break away.

A 1-minute walk from Eastbourne seafront, Arden Guest House offers well-appointed rooms just off Grand Parade. This East Sussex guest house provides free WiFi and a traditional English breakfast. Each room at Arden Guest House has a TV, desk, wardrobe and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite shower or bath. Full English breakfast includes grilled Lincolnshire sausage, bacon, fresh eggs, tomato, mushroom, fried bread and baked beans. Eastbourne is around 40-45 minutes’ drive from Brighton and Hastings, and is home to the Towner Art Gallery, the 1930s Eastbourne Bandstand and the Congress and Devonshire Park Theaters. Royal Tunbridge Wells and the harbor town of Rye are just under 1 hour’s drive away.

We are a tall Victorian building with NO lift. If you think you may have difficulty with stairs we will try to accommodate you lower down in the building. We welcome pets but only in specific rooms. If either of the above applies it may be advisable to have a chat with us about it.
