Many thanks for your question. Arden House offers a full cooked menu as well as a continental buffet. The cooked menu includes full English, Eggs Benedict or Royale, Veggie Benedict, grilled tomatoes and mushroom, smoked salmon with scrambled egg, etc. The buffet includes fresh fruit, yoghurt, meats, etc. Most Guests rave about our breakfasts.

We have a large range of gluten free options available for breakfast. Gluten free bread, cereal and sausages can be available, and every meal is made to order. If necessary, send a message to discuss any specific dietary requirements.

Arden House has a large cycle shed at the rear of the property. As cyclists ourselves, we also have a service station in case of need. Cycling in this area ranges from very civilised routes to the Tour de Yorkshre. We welcome cyclists.

Yes we have a car park to the side of Arden House where you can park your motorbike off road and out of the way. If you would like to discuss, please give us a shout and we'll be happy to help you with any queries re parking and special requests.

During the week, breakfast is normally between 0730 and 0900, and at the weekend between 0800 and 1000. However, we are a family business, so if a Guest has a special request, then simply let us know and we will try to assist.

Generally our TV's do not have a built in DVD player, but we have separate DVD players available if requested in advance.

Thank you for your question. We have two ground floor rooms with double beds and walk in showers, but we cannot accommodate wheel chairs. Where a Guest has a disability, please get in touch to make sure that we are a suitable venue.

Arden House has ground floor rooms, but they are double beds. We do have 3 twin rooms on the first floor as well as a double and two single bedrooms. Our sister company Harrogate Elite Living has a ground floor apartment with a twin room.
