    Yes, all guests get use of our Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Steam room from 12:00pm on the day you check in, until 10:30am on the day you check out.

  • Are there fridges in the rooms

    There are not fridges in the rooms, but if you do have any medication that needs to be placed in a fridge it can be handed in to the reception team who will do this for you.

    Children staying at the Hotel may use the indoor swimming pool during Leisure Club opening hours. Access is included from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure.

  • Hi, are there sun loungers to relax on outside ? 😀

    We have seating on our terraces available to all guests at the Hotel. There are sun loungers around our outdoor swimming pool in Ardencote Destination Spa which is available for guests that have booked a specific Spa Package directly with the Hotel.

  • Do any rooms have king size beds

    We do have king beds, after making your booking please send a request for a king size bed and where possible we will accommodate the request, although this can not be guaranteed.

  • Do you have to reserve a time slot for the pool

    Use of the indoor pool is included from 12pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. There is no need to pre-book, if there are restrictions at the time of travel then our Leisure Team are on hand to assist on the day.
