The owner met me a block away as I was walking to the hotel!!! Absolutely lovely place with the most comfortable bed I slept in during my UK trip!! Great breakfast too!!!

The options for breakfast were extensive. The English breakfast was hot and tasty. The location was close to the ferry; in fact we were able to walk with our luggage when we left. Helpful, friendly staff and owners. Allowed us to stay for 2 extra hours at check out time so we didn't have to wait at the ferry terminal.

It’s just a short walk from the front, so is quieter. Parking was good although you have to use a parking disc but that didn’t cause us a problem. Comfy bed! View over the bay. Lovely staff.

    Yes, we have various vegetarian options incl eggs cooked fresh to order, cereals, fruits and yoghurts. We also offer veggie sausages, soy milk etc.

    Hi, it does depend a bit on which room you are booked into but we do also have a garage and a secure backyard where you can store your bicycle.

  • Is there a liif

    No, we don't have lifts but we do have a few rooms and apartments on ground or first floor. Please request a lower floor at time of booking and let us know of any mobility issues so we can do our best to accommodate you in a suitable room.

    Douglas is about 20 minutes drive from the airport, we have the number of a local taxi firm that gives us a deal on prebooked fares so ask for that when you book.

    It all depends on the booking. We offer flexible rates with a 14 day cancellation window and we also have other rates that are discounted but non-refundable should you cancel. Please refer to the cancellation policy on your reservation.

  • Hi is it accessible? My son isa wheelchair user

    The main guesthouse is not wheelchair accessible unfortunately but we do have some ground floor units in our other property which are suitable for guests with limited mobility. Its probably best to speak with us discuss your exact requirements.
