“I have stayed at this excellent location before, and will no doubt do so again in the future. It is very close to the sea front and offers several rooms of a high standard. The furnishing of my room was luxurious and imaginative, including a small balcony facing South towards the sea.”

“Excellent location. Rooms were small but the cost was very low, so absolutely no complaint. Staff very nice. Very clean. Lots of tea and coffee and biscuits in the rooms.”

“Absolutely the best guest house I’ve ever stayed at. The room was nice and big, there was plenty of snacks and there was also a mini fridge so you can stock up on what you needed. I’ve read some fantastic things about Marina, the lady who owns the property but as she wasn’t there, her daughter Xenia (not sure how to spell it) was running it. Oh wow, what a wonderful lady she is. I initially booked for 3 days but ended up staying 6. And the cleaner was also a lovely lady. She always stopped for a little chat and she always had a smile on her face. This is the only guest house I want to stay at in Littlehampton now and I haven’t even stayed in any of the others yet! Wonderful ladies and an excellent place to stay. There is nothing else I can say than that.”

“The hostess was very welcoming. The room was pretty, clean, tidy and warm with television (sadly I couldn't make it work but that didn't bother me, I didn't need it), accessible, if compact, ensuite, and drinks facilities. There wasn't a view but I didn't ask for that and didn't need it either. The bed was very comfortable and the teddy bear decoration made it feel homely - a sweet touch! The house was also very quiet.. as were the seagulls....”

“This a superb guest house owned and run by the lovely Marina who takes genuine pride in looking after her guests. Quiet room and comfortable bed with tea and coffee and snacks, TV and the wifi was exceptional. The only slight negative was the size of the en-suite shower room which was a litle challenging but that won't stop me returning! Very highly recommended. Thank you Marina!”
