The host Rick & Kim were really friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, beautifully done, the location was spot on and parking was easy, the room had all the conveniences you would expect. We was even upgraded free to a larger room with a sea view upon arrival, a nice an unexpected surprise.

Our stay was excellent.great friendly accommodating family run guest house.breakfast was amazing.all covid safety precedures were in place for everyone's safety.kim and Rick even surprised us on our anniversary with card and gift left in our room.unexpected and a lovely thought from them.we also got to see Sewerby hall thanks to Kim and Rick for the passes.the location is excellent. 2 min walk to the beach.local pubs and only 5mins to the town.

  • Hi just looking for 30th Dec to 2nd Jan 2022, can you tell me which room is on the lowest floor Superior Double Room or the Double Room?

    Hi superior rooms on first floor but only one left .. we do have one superior room on second floor Both our double rooms are on second floor Regards Kim and Rick

  • Hello are you able to accommodate a gluten free option for breakfast. Thank you.

    We have had gluten free guests before ..who have only really missed the cereal and sausage..but I keep some frozen gluten free sausage /bread just in case. Regards Kim

Ashford House is our chance of a better quality of life! It is a gorgeous Victorian house that was in need of major modernisation when we bought it. We have made many improvements including a new roof and all rooms have new bathrooms. We will do everything possible to ensure you enjoy your stay with us. Kim & Rick

Kim & Rick celebrated their wedding in March 2015. Kim worked in Transport and Logistics for thirty years and Rick worked in Steel Industry for thirty years. We hope to see you soon and share some great memories with a visit to the beautiful east coast ❤️

We have several restaurants & public houses within ten minutes. We are only five minutes from the leisure facility opened in May 2016 it is spectacular. Only fifteen minutes from the Bridlington Spa facility and approx twenty five minutes from Sewerby Hall. The lighthouse at Flamborough nearby village and also RSPB at Bempton where you can see puffins spring to mid summer . There are some great restaurants which we can recommend.
