Ayman and Julie could not have been more friendly or helpful. They made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The Guest House was in a very good position, both for Cherwell Hospital and walking into Banbury centre. The room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. There was a good breakfast choice, and the cooked food was amazing. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

A family-run bed and breakfast located a 15-minute walk from the center of Banbury, Ashlea has free Wi-Fi throughout, thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and an inviting breakfast menu.

Each room comes with a hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. They also have a flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD player, and an electric fan for those warmer days.

Breakfast is served in the dining room and includes a choice of cereal, jams and marmalade and a full English breakfast with eggs being cooked your way.

    Hello, Breakfast Monday to Friday from 07.00 till 09.00, week ends and bank holidays from 07.30 till 09.30 but at the moment we do breakfast bag take away as breakfast room is shut. Thanks

We took over Ashlea Guest House in Banbury in December 2011 when it was in desperate need of some care and attention! We've spent the last few years refurbishing the property and are now the proud owners of an AA 4* Silver Award and were also Finalists in the AA Friendliest B&B Awards, 2017. Testament to all our hard work!

Ayman & Julie run the Guest House and offer all our guests a warm welcome. We are located about 10 minutes walk into Banbury and the famous Banbury Cross and are happy to give you some ideas of what to do and where to go for something to eat or drink. We are about 1 mile from the Train and Bus Station and about 1.5 miles from J11 on the M40.

Banbury is a market town which is growing rapidly. It's proximity to Oxford, Stratford and Warwick and the Cotswolds, all within a 25 minute drive means it's popular with visitors from all over the world! There's lots of lovely National Trust properties in the area and it's also only 25 minutes drive from the world famous Silverstone Race Track and also the Heritage motor museum at Garden. So, there's lots for guests to see and do all within easy reach.
