Room was a good size, the bathroom was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and large. Everything was done to keep covid safe, and at no point did I feel anxious. The breakfast was delicious and well staffed. Good walking distance from the city center.

Great location, comfy bed, clean room, good facilities, although there was only one coffee/tea mug supplied in the room (that's our only comment!!). Have stayed here twice when visiting the area and will stay again if we're ever back in Guildford. Highly recommend given how close it is to the station and town centre, how friendly and helpful the staff are, and how comfortable the rooms are. We didn't have breakfast on this occasion, but have had breakfast before and it was very good. Thanks to the staff for being so helpful and making us feel so welcome!

The room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Great location, very quiet. it's only 10 minutes walk to the guildford train station and downtown. Very close to University Of Surrey too. All The staff were super nice and helpful especially Evie and Steven. We had a late departure flight and they keep the luggage for us after check out. Strongly recommended and I am sure will be back again.

I only stayed here for one night however I was greeted warmly when I arrived and shown to my room. The room while small was ideal. Cosy, clean, nicely styled. The bed was comfy too :) the staff were also very helpful when I checked out.

  • hi do you allow early check in like 12 noon?

    We will always do what we can to accommodate early checks ins, the only trouble is we cannot always guarantee it. It is always harder on weekends when we have a lot of guests attending weddings who all want an earlier check in. Hope this helps.

  • Hi do you have room in your car park for a van?

    Hello. We have had large vans fit in our car park in the past. However it does depend on how large and how many cars are already in the car park as is a narrow-ish car park with only 10 bays.

  • Can we leave our bags after check out till later in the afternoon when we need to catch a train?

    You can leave your bags after check out. Reception will close at 10PM, and our luggage storage will remain locked from then until reopening the following morning.
