Located in the town of Pitlochry, Atholl Villa Guest House is a privately owned Victorian building, offering views of Ben Vrackie. It has free parking and retains many original features, such as open fireplaces and wooden sash windows.

Athol Villa’s guest bedrooms are all equipped with free Wi-Fi, a contemporary private bathroom, a Freeview LCD TV and a refreshment tray. The 1-bedroom apartment has its own private entrance and features a lounge area and a kitchen with a fridge/freezer.

The freshly prepared breakfast is served in the conservatory, which looks out onto the garden. Guests will be treated to cereals, fruit, yogurt or porridge to start, followed by traditional Buckie smoked haddock and Scottish smoked salmon.

Pitlochry Rail Station is less than half a mile from the guest house and there are many shops and restaurants just a few hundred yards away. The picturesque Tay Forest Park is 3 miles from Atholl Villa and Pitlochry Golf Club is less than a mile away.

  • My husband and son would like to try a fishing lesson. They have never fished before so just a little lesson would be amazing. We are down on the 8th of August 2020. Could you recommend anywhere? Also we would like to book somewhere for dinner at around 6pm, can you recommend anywhere?

    Yes it is possible to get fishing lessons, there are also plenty of good places to eat, we can share full details at a later stage.

  • 25 June we will have bikes in our boot and would prefer not to have to take them out. So is the car parking secure? We wold like a double bed and prefer a walk -in shower en suite rather than one over the bath. Do you serve dinner? Can you help please? Many thanks

    Our parking is private and secure enough to confidently leave bikes in the back of your car All our rooms have walk in showers We don't serve dinner but we are situated next to several excellent restaurants so you will easily find somewhere to eat

  • Hi Are the double and twin rooms still available for 2 nights from Monday 30th august on top floor. Do they both have en-suites

  • quick question, do you have any room with double bed that has a bathtub by any chance?

    We have a self contained apartment that has a double bed and two single beds and this is our only room with a bath. All other rooms are en-site with a shower.
