The room was quite good, clean and with sufficient space. A kettle, coffee and tea sachets were provided, as well as milk and water. There was no contact with any staff but the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. The location was good, at a 30-min walk from the city centre and a nearby rental bike station (15 min walking distance).

The place was very clean and room spacious and very comfortable. The are lockers to store you luggage before the check-in and it's not too far from the city center. Those coming from Edinburgh airport they can take airport bus 300 which stops 1 min walk from the guest house. This is very convenient. However, the bus takes a lot of time to reach the airport, so perhaps considering a tram or bus 100 would be a better idea for those in a rush.

The room was nice with big windows and really clean. The bathroom was smallish but not uncomfortable. The location was great, not too central but easily accessible by bus from the centre. Also very close to Arthur's Seat so very convenient to go for a hike. The self check-in instructions were very clear and sent a day ahead plus the luggage storage facilities were also very convenient.
