We are pleased to be able to add this property to a portfolio, this is an exceptional house due to the fact it is very near all main amenities including Danson Park (at the end of the road) but can also house upto 13 people it has been decorated to a high standard with each room having a theme. On the ground floor, we have two lounges one is the Bird Room a very relaxing room and a personal favorite of mine it has a comfortable sofa bed (for ground floor use) 2 lounge chairs, table and four chairs a 32" LED Smart television. Across the room is the Green lounge another relaxing room which houses a 47" LED screen and two comfortable sofas. Down the hall is a large laundry cupboard for all wash and ironing needs next to the large downstairs wet room fully equipped for disabled wheelchair use if needed with grab rails and shower facilities. Past this is the very large kitchen which seems to wrap around half the ground floor this has plenty of space to plan your meals, there is a central ceramic hob, single and half oven/grill, and two areas of seating round the corner with large bifold doors to the garden. Upstairs we have 5 themed bedrooms which you can see in the pictures.

Hi, I am Elaine but everyone calls me Lainey. We purchased this property to live in but due to circumstances we are at the moment letting out for holiday use hence all is decorated to top standard ready for us to enjoy one day. I have lived in the area most of my life, Bexley is a place which is on the doorstep of London but actually feels like you are away from it all. We wanted to offer a bigger property for those wanting a bigger family getaway especially in these most troubling of times when getting together is proving harder. We have everything in place for a large family to enjoy Ava Rose House and I will do all I can to make it a stay you will remember. Including Christmas or birthdays when I will decorate the house for you before you arrive if you so wish ie Easter, Baby Showers, Halloween etc I love it....

This is a unique property in the Bexley area. We are on the doorstep of Danson Park (75 Hectares) housing a beautiful lake, Playground, and of course, the Grade 1 Listed Palladium Villa a popular venue for weddings and filming (Tom Hardy in Taboo being one of them) the park is just at the end of the road where you will find all you need to enjoy the park facilities including canoeing. We are also within walking distance to The Red House, William and Jane Morris's history. Down the road is Old Bexley Village there are local shops 0.5 miles away at Penhill.
