This lovely cottage, is in the heart of the town center, and you have a south facing garden, so you get the sunshine all day...and you can sit outside, at the lovely patio table and chairs, to eat al-fresco if you prefer. You are less than a 3 min walk to the shops and harbourside, from the cottage, so the location is just ideal, and what better place to be in the heart of the town center with everything just a few mins walk away, yet your set back from any passing traffic. We also offer you a fully enclosed garden and patio great for the dogs, which we allow up to 3 dogs, free of charge, and because our property is in the center of the town, we can also offer you a private car parking bay for your use only, so what more can you want, its a south facing garden, so if you get the sunshine, it lasts all day in the summer, you can dine el fresco and sit outside having a nice cool drink on long summer nights, what more can you ask for...oh yes walks from the cottage, everything is on your doorstep, so a 3 mins walk to the shops and harbourside, with a further ten more mins and your on the long sandy beaches of the west cliffs.
Myself and my partner Neil are the proud new owners of Paddock Cottage. We came to Whitby by chance a number of years ago and fell in love the place. We decided if we found the right property we would buy and set up a holiday let. Luckily for us Paddock Cottage came onto the market. We both fell in love with the property which has been a successful holiday let for over 20 years, the previous owner won an award for being the best dog friendly cottage in Whitby. We aim to continue the previous owners reputation and provide a great base and lovely property for people wanting to visit Whitby. The property has many fantastic previous reviews, please feel free to search the web for “Paddock Cottage Whitby” to see!! We hope that you love the cottage and Whitby as much as we both do.
