The location is the best! Located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance to great restaurants, the tram, and the Royal Mile. I requested a quiet room on the top floor with a view…and we certainly got this in Rm 15 on the 4th floor! It was very spacious, quiet, clean, and had a lovely view. Don’t miss sitting in the Library! A beautiful space to enjoy a drink. The breakfast was very good. Finally, the front desk ladies were so helpful with the 2nd Day COVID test. I was nervous about it not arriving before we left the hotel, but it was received at the hotel before we arrived, and they held it for us, and also let me know when it arrived. The bathrooms are small with no counter space, but they are perfectly clean and functional. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A very nice Georgian hotel with beautiful interior in a quiet and pleasant setting, being close to Dean Village and only about 5 minutes walk to the tram stop for the city centre. Very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good.

  • What is the cost per day/night... i.e. per 24 hours at the NCP and what discount on that do you provide? How far is it to walk from the NCP to you?

  • Sorry I meant the Queen room, says 1 single bed for two guests

    Good Afternoon, Our petite doubles have 4'6 beds which for some may be a little too small to share but has been done many times without issue. Our standard double rooms have 5' beds and the double twins can be made a one large king size at 6'.

  • Hi It says a sofa bed..... does this mean that is the only bed in this room or does it mean a normal double bed plus a sofa bed? Sorry bit confused
