“Loved the location, just a minute's walk to the town centre, bus station, train station and all amenities. We were lucky to get a parking place at the hotel. The room was small but adequate, nice ensuite, tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, tv, toiletries, nice fluffy towels, clean comfortable bed. Lobster Hall is the annex to Bagdale Hall Hotel but residents can use the facilities in the hotel - nice lounge area and lovely bar. Our accommodation was room only basis so we didn't experience the breakfast. Lots of lovely cafes nearby for breakfast. Everything was in easy walking distance including Pannett Park which is lovely.”

“Excellent position very near North York Moors Rail station and harbour. Parking included but late arrivals (after mid-afternoon) may find there are no places left. Nice to have windows that opened to give great view across to the Abbey.”

“We didn't have breakfast because it was far too expensive, at £15 each. The young lady on reception was exceptional, always helpful and always with a smile. The location was excellent because it was so near to the centre. The cleaning staff were efficient , thorough and friendly.”
