  • Is says the hotel is pet friendly but is our dog able to stay in the hotel room with us? Also what areas of the hotel is he allowed in?

    We are a pet friendly hotel. Guests are permitted to have their pets in their rooms during their stay. However this is restricted to certain rooms, family rooms cannot have pets staying due to allergies. Please make us aware prior to arrival of any pets so we can allocate a room suitable. There is a pet charge payable at the hotel of £10 per pet per night. Dogs are not permitted in our restaurant. However, meals can be served in the lounge.

  • What treatments are available in your spa? Do you do double treatments for couple? Is it suggested you prebook treatments?

    Unfortunately at this time we do not offer treatments at the Fountain Spa, we do however have a steam room and sauna along with a swimming pool and gym facilities.

    We do continental and cooked breakfasts served in our function suite at the moment. A parking spot is guaranteed.

    Hello We allow pets in our reception area, our glass atrim, the cocktail lounge and your bedroom. We can also set up a table in the cocktail bar for dinner and breakfast should you want your pet with you.

  • If i book a room for 3 and its a family room will it be 2 single beds and a double?

    No it is usually made up a deluxe bed and 1 single, or 3 single beds which ever the guest requests. The guest would have to ask for 2 beds to be put in room together with the deluxe bed
