GREAT breakfast. GREAT location near Paddington. Mick's Fish n Chips close by worth the visit. Desk young man Fabio was fantastic.

Very friendly staff to greet you, and assist throughout your stay. The rooms are compact however the Breakfast is very good and a great start to the day. The proximity to Paddington Station is fantastic and the area is great for an evening walk (especially nice leading up to Christmas with all the festivities).

I booked a double room and got a twin and asked for a quiet room to find that room 17 was up in the eaves with a thin partition wall and their light or fan was constantly buzzing! As the room was in the building opposite the main road and I arrived late I wasn't willing to go back out in the cold to change it.
