“We loved our stay at The Balmoral and the staff were great. The hotel is in the centre of town with free parking freely available. The room was a great size with everything we needed. Tea/coffee/biscuits were plentiful and we were left a bowl of chocolates. Bathroom roomy with plenty of towels and always hot water. Breakfast was lovely with good choices and a nice friendly welcome every morning. Nice beer garden out the back. We felt everything was clean and safe in these covid times. We would definitely recommend here and are planning a return visit next year.”

“No praise is too high for this hotel's provision of consumables i.e. tea/coffee fresh milk in fridge and toiletries. The rooms equate to suites. Even dressing gowns are provided. Just compare this to the mean spirited hotel chain bean counter controlled rationing where air breathed would be charged for if they could!!”
