Very cosy atmosphere, decorated nicely. Very friendly, generous and accommodating hosts! We are already looking at when we can go back!

What a lovely spot. Beautiful, superbly laid out and decorated rooms, warm and comfortable. Very welcoming hosts, who provided lots of nice little extras and a fabulous breakfast. Though they say they don't do evening meals, the scampi and chips "snack" we had in our room was as good as a nice meal. As good a BnB experience as we've had. We'll definitely be back. Thank you! 😊

If you’re in the area I would highly recommend staying at this wonderful B&B. Fiona & Geoff made my partner and I feel so welcome in their home, the room was perfect and the location was brilliant - we particular enjoyed the trains running by the side of the house. Special mention for Fiona’s breakfast in the morning. Couldn’t fault it. Stay here.

Fiona and Geoff were fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming and I was instantly made to feel at home. My room was very comfortable and well appointed with every comfort I could need. Breakfast was abundant and delicious with lots of choice, as were the evening meals/snacks I purchased both nights I just wish there was a Balsporran at every stop on my tour , 5 stars! 😁can’t recommend it enough 👏🏻👏🏻

Beautiful character property, interior decorated with lovely handmade furniture etc by the owners We were made to feel very welcome by Fiona, Geoff and Brooke

Fiona and Geoff, the super friendly owners of this B&B, have really created a sanctuary. The house and the rooms are beautifully decorated. There is a guest lounge with a fireplace that is very comfortable and welcoming and perfect for some reading or to enjoy an evening meal (Fiona is an excellent cook!). The room was lovely and perfect for one person. There is complementary coffee/tea/hot chocolate and biscuits, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom very well equipped. They offer a wide selection of breakfast options and it's absolutely delicious! There is even a small gift shop where one can buy local products. I highly recommend staying here!

The most amazing location. Theres a small shop full of delightful highland gifts. Hand made Wooden articles are a speciality. The hosts could not be more welcoming. Lemon curd delicious

We chose the Balsporran for a one-night stopover and it surpassed all expectations. Fiona and Geoff were the friendliest and most welcoming hosts you could imagine. The room was beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable and there were thoughtful touches everywhere, e.g.. biscuits and chocolates with the tea and coffee Amazing breakfast. Fiona and Geoff really spoiled us throughout our stay, so much so that we wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a lovely stay.

From the moment we arrived Fiona made us feel very welcome. After viewing our excellent room she served us coffee and delicious shortbread. Fiona also provides tasty dishes later in the evening. The breakfasts exceeded all expectations - they were exceptional with a great variety to choose and enough to set anyone up for the whole day.

Beautiful house, beautiful room, beautiful surroundings.
