He was great at making sure our stay was the best it could be from giving us a giant umbrella to giving us directions. First day he even met us in the town when we got lost and showed us the way. He made it chill.

  • Hi, what parking facilities are available please? And what cost?

    Thank you for your enquiry. We do not have our own on site parking, unfortunately. There are some free parking spaces on our road., however if these are taken there is an NCP on Terrace Road, this is £9 per day, and is the cheapest in the area

  • Is there parking on site please?

    Thank you for your enquiry. We do not have our own on site parking, unfortunately. There are some free parking spaces on our road., however if these are taken there is an NCP on Terrace Road.

  • If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation due to Covid rules - will it be possible to move booking to another date without further charge or will the 10% cancellation fee still apply.

  • Hello, is it possible to book at the end of April Friday-Sunday two nights two people? Will breakfast be also?

  • Hi i would love to book into your hotel but i need a ground floor room as i am disable and can do stairs or lifts i also need a somewhere i can plug my dissablity scooter in over night. The dates i would like are 5th July / 7th July.

    We have one ground floor room, which unfortunately is small with limited space around the bed. Please also note that we are atop a steep hill with steps up to our street door. We are ever so sorry if this isn't suitable and wish you a lovely summer!

  • Hi! It is £81 for two night single occupancy from the 25-27 of November? Also, can I bring my bike? Is a folding one. Do you have any space for it?

    Good morning. Sorry for the late reply, the Guest house is closed until 6th Nov. Yes this is the price foe a two night stay and im sure we can store a folding bike for you. Kind regards Kevin

    We do not have our own parking here at Bamboo. There is an NCP Car Park on Terrace Road (the road behind ours) which charges £9 or 24 hours or cheaper if you can pre- book online. There are some free spaces on our road but they fill fast.

  • Hi, I'll be visiting due to work in October (just doing a bit of searching now), I'll arrive late though around 11pm as travelling on the train. Would you offer checkin at this time? Thanks

  • Do you offer dairy-free alternatives for breakfast and other meals? One guest has an allergy to dairy so any products saying "may contain dairy or milk" will need to be avoided in her breakfast. Thank you for your time. :)
