This is the most wonderful property.We booked the Luxury Super Kingsize room.It was beautifully appointed with walk in wardrobe,spacious en-suite & fantastic power shower. The Welcome from Natalie was warm & friendly & she was very informative about the History of the house,places to eat & visit. The Yorkshire cooked breakfast was really good with eggs from her own hens. The position of the property was excellent too.Just down the hill from the Centre & near enough to walk to the Black sheep brewery. A really lovely stay.

Listed Georgian 'Country Villa', with original features. Expect sloping floor, exposed beams, Georgian woodwork and lots of stories of both the building and it's past occupants. If you love quirky historic buildings this is the place for you.

Hi there! There are 3 of our family permanently living here. I'm Natalie, and running the house and feeding people are my number one jobs. My husband, Alex, is North Yorkshire Police and we have a 3 year old son, Rory, and a cockapoo dog, Willy. Occasionally (university holidays) you may see some of our older children around the place. We love historic buildings and looking after people which is why Bank Villa is the perfect home for us. We have our own private spaces here but are always happy to chat to guests about your stay, the area or the house. If you're interested in gardens Alex could keep you talking for hours!

Masham is the most amazing place. It has a heart and community spirit missing from many places now. The pace is slow, relaxed and friendly. A historic market town with only 2,000 people, but 4 great welcoming pubs, a fine dining restaurant and two small breweries offering tours. The shops are small and independent with a profusion of arts and crafts. Sitting on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, Masham is also in easy reach of the Yorkshire Moors and more attractions than you could visit if you stayed for a month! There are an abundance of great walks and cycle routes to explore. There is something going on most weekends and the Town Hall hosts a surprising variety of event and concerts. Come and visit, there is something for everyone. You will not be disappointed.
