Good evening, Thank you for message. We have some disabled parking spaces which are next to a path which takes you around the hotel and onto a concrete ramp into our bar area. We also have two accessible rooms on the ground floor which are Deluxe rooms, that have plenty of space and a sliding door into the accessible bathroom with rails, a lowered toilet and a wet room shower with a shower seat. These rooms have specific room numbers so we strongly recommend making a note on your reservation letting us know you require an accessible room. Many thanks and kind regards

The Health Club, Pool & Spa are open for guests for a charge of £15 per adult and £6 per child. These prices include access for the whole duration of your stay. Please note that children only have access to the pool between 2pm & 7pm.

All facillities are open however there are social distancing measures in plalce. There is a £15 per person supplement to use the facillities when booking through booking.com please note

Hi, yes we have two dog friendly rooms which if you request on your booking we will be happy to accomodate you, dogs are allowed everywhere in the hotel apart from the resturant! We look forward to welcoming you and your four legged friend!

Thankyou for your question. At this moment in time wet facilities and gym facilities are only available to be used by members. Spa treatments can be booked seperately but do no gaurantee access to other Health Club Facilities.

There is a £10 surcharge per person to use the health club and spa facilities. This includes use of the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub and the two outdoor jacuzzis. This lasts for the entirety of your stay, including the full day of check in and full day of check out.
