The whole place had a really nice relaxing atmosphere, staff very friendly and helpful. There was a large playground and various animals to occupy the the kids safely. The log cabin was extremely well equipped and top quality, we even had a private hot tub!

  • Hello do you have any secure storage for bikes? If not, if I clean my bike would you be ok for me to bring it in to my room? Kind regards

    sorry they do not all have hot tubs . only the waterside lodges and paddock lodges currently have hot tubs.

  • If I book the remaining double room for two nights next weekend at £180. It does say pet friendly so can my 2 dogs come too. I will bring a cage for them to sleep in

    pets can only stay in certain properties . pet friendly double ,cabin room ,family b and b lodge ,woodsman lodges ,paddock lodges and waterside lodges.

  • Hi, I'm looking for somewhere to stay with my 1 year old daughter. It would just be the 2 of us. Are you able to provide either or both of a cot and a high chair? I don't mind if I stay in a room or an apartment. Thanks.

  • Hello could we bring a pointer dog(friendly, well behaved) to the two bedroom with hot tub . We have hot tub at home and he is used to us sat in it .

    we accept pets in all of the lodges with the exception of the on that sleeps 3 people.
