Set in a Victorian terraced villa, this guest accommodations offers free private parking just 1 mile from Edinburgh’s city center. Freshly brewed tea and coffee and organic eggs cooked any way are on the breakfast menu. Arthur’s Seat, the largest hill in Holyrood Park, is 5 minutes’ drive away. Located on one of the main bus routes into the city, Edinburgh’s cobbled Royal Mile can be reached after a 10-minute bus ride. The Palace of Holyrood House is within 2 miles of Barony House. Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station is a 5-minute taxi journey away. A flat-screen TV an tea and coffee making facilities are provided in each of Barony House's light and airy rooms.
